YMCA of Greater Saint Paul <br /> Strategic Plan <br /> 1998 -2002 <br /> The YMCA of Greater Saint Paul, as a part of its commitment to stewardship and service, has <br /> prepared this strategic plan to guide decision - making and evaluate programs. <br /> This plan will incorporate five segments: <br /> I. Mission Statement <br /> II. Vision Statement <br /> III. Strategies <br /> IV. Association Objectives <br /> V. Branch Annual Plans <br /> The first three components have been the focus of volunteer and staff study since March 1997. <br /> They were crafted and reviewed by numerous groups and reflect the consensus view.
