MEMO <br /> DATE : October 6, 2000 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM: Jim March <br /> RE : Interim Use Permit for Centerville Redi -Mix <br /> Included in your packet is an interim use permit for Centerville Redi -Mix. The Council <br /> previously issued a one -year interim use permit for the Redi -Mix business that Dennis <br /> Shudy currently operates south of the Sheehy property on 21' Avenue. Council had <br /> indicated that the permit would be reviewed on an annual basis and could be extended on <br /> an annual basis for a period not to exceed five years. <br /> The current permit expires on October 14 2000. Mr. Shudy has requested that the <br /> permit be renewed. I am not aware of any complaints that have been issued about the <br /> operations of this business. The City has used this businesses services on a couple of <br /> occasions and it has been very beneficial to have access to cement right in the <br /> community. <br />
