C ': te rvioee <br /> 1880 Main Street • Centerui(!e, MN 55038 <br /> E 257 STATE OF MINNESOTA (651) 429 -3232 • Fax (651) 429 -8629 <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> INTERIM SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> This Interim Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota this 11 date of October, 2000, <br /> WHEREAS, Dennis Shudy ( "Permittee ") has applied for an Interim Special Use Permit <br /> for the purpose of conducting a redi -mix business of less than 4000 square feet within an <br /> Industrial District within the City of Centerville; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Interim Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance #4, <br /> Industrial District; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting of such Interim <br /> Special Use Permit for a period of one year commencing on October 14` 2000 and <br /> terminating on December 31, 2001. The said Interim Special Use Permit shall be subject <br /> to an annual administrative review during the term, in which Council has the option to <br /> remove the facility if so deemed. In addition, said Interim Special Use Permit shall be <br /> subject to the conditions set below: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the redi -mix business has been granted an Interim Special Use <br /> Permit for operating a redi -mix business at 6985 — 21''` Avenue, <br /> Centerville, Minnesota. <br /> 2. That this Interim Special Use Permit is conditioned upon Zoning <br /> Ordinance #4, Division 200: Special Use Permits, Section 200- <br /> 020: Standards as mentioned in the following: <br /> a. The said business, shall be consistent with the <br /> general public and applicable specific objectives of <br /> the Comprehensive plan and all ordinances. <br /> b. The said business, will be harmonious and <br /> appropriate in the area. <br /> c. The said business, will not be hazardous or <br /> disturbing to neighboring uses. <br /> d. The said business, will not result in traffic <br /> congestion. <br />
