C ': te rvioee 1880 Main Street • Centerui(!e, MN 55038 E 257 STATE OF MINNESOTA (651) 429 -3232 • Fax (651) 429 -8629 COUNTY OF ANOKA CITY OF CENTERVILLE INTERIM SPECIAL USE PERMIT This Interim Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota this 11 date of October, 2000, WHEREAS, Dennis Shudy ( "Permittee ") has applied for an Interim Special Use Permit for the purpose of conducting a redi -mix business of less than 4000 square feet within an Industrial District within the City of Centerville; and WHEREAS, such Interim Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance #4, Industrial District; and WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting of such Interim Special Use Permit for a period of one year commencing on October 14` 2000 and terminating on December 31, 2001. The said Interim Special Use Permit shall be subject to an annual administrative review during the term, in which Council has the option to remove the facility if so deemed. In addition, said Interim Special Use Permit shall be subject to the conditions set below: NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the redi -mix business has been granted an Interim Special Use Permit for operating a redi -mix business at 6985 — 21''` Avenue, Centerville, Minnesota. 2. That this Interim Special Use Permit is conditioned upon Zoning Ordinance #4, Division 200: Special Use Permits, Section 200- 020: Standards as mentioned in the following: a. The said business, shall be consistent with the general public and applicable specific objectives of the Comprehensive plan and all ordinances. b. The said business, will be harmonious and appropriate in the area. c. The said business, will not be hazardous or disturbing to neighboring uses. d. The said business, will not result in traffic congestion.
