• <br /> e. The said business, will not create excessive <br /> additional public expense. <br /> 3. In the event that the Permittee fails to comply with any of the <br /> terms and conditions set out herein or within the ordinances, or <br /> rule and regulations of the Sate of Minnesota, County of Anoka, <br /> City of' Centerville or any other governmental agency having <br /> jurisdiction over this project, the City Council shall have the right <br /> to immediately revoke the Interim Special Use Permit. Any and all <br /> costs incurred by the City, including reasonable attorney fees, in <br /> the event of default by Permittee in any of the terms, conditions, <br /> ordinances, or rules and regulations as provided above shall be the <br /> sole responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> 4. The Interim Special Use Permit shall be subject to annual review <br /> by the City of Centerville. In the event the activities conducted on <br /> such property are injurious to the public health, safety and/or <br /> welfare, the City Council may impose additional restrictions in the <br /> Interim Special Use Permit or revoke same.
