Minutes of the Meeting of June 24, 1999 Page 6 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement for Lot 28, Block 1, Radisson Woods, <br /> Vacation No. V99 -06 <br /> (Al 9.1) <br /> Mayor Ryan opened the public hearing at 8:04 P.M. <br /> The City Engineer explained the request was the vacation of a drainage and utility easement for Lot 28, <br /> Block 1, Radisson Woods. This vacation was being considered to reflect accurate wetland delineation and <br /> would allow the applicant to construct a deck off the rear of the house. Minnegasco, Media One, Great <br /> River Energy (United Power Association), Connexus Energy, and the Coon Creek Watershed District have <br /> contacted the City and have no objection to the vacation. The property owner represents a majority of the <br /> affected property owners abutting this easement. <br /> Mayor Ryan closed the public hearing at 8:06 P.M. <br /> A. First Reading - Ordinance No. 99 -1793, Adding Chapter 146G <br /> Action 99 -320 (AI 9.1A) <br /> Declared by Mayor Ryan that the reading be waived and Ordinance No. 99 -1793, "Vacation of Drainage and <br /> Utility Easement, Lot 28, Block 1, Radisson Woods, Vacation No. V99 -06" be introduced and placed on file <br /> for second reading at the July 8, 1999, Council meeting. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement for Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, TPC 4th Addition, <br /> Vacation No. V99 -07 <br /> (Al 9.2) <br /> Mayor Ryan opened the public hearing at 8:07 P.M. <br /> The City Engineer explained the request was for the vacation of drainage and utility easement for Lots 7 and <br /> 8, Block 1, TPC 4' Addition. This vacation was for a lot combination that allows for a home to be <br /> constructed on two lots. Minnegasco and Media One have contacted the City and have no objection to the <br /> vacation. The property owner represents a majority of the affected property owners abutting this easement. <br /> Mayor Ryan closed the public hearing at 8:08 P.M. <br /> A.
