MEMO <br /> DATE : February 17, 2000 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Hunter's Crossing Feasibility Study and Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br /> Mr. Rick Carlson is requesting that the City authorize the City Engineer to proceed with a <br /> feasibility study for the proposed development to be known as Hunter's Crossing. Mr. <br /> Carlson is also requesting that the City authorize consultant Dean Johnson (Resource <br /> Strategies) to proceed with the process of applying for a comprehensive plan amendment <br /> to move the former Prachar property ahead one year in the MUSA staging. Mr. Carlson <br /> understands that both of these items would proceed at his own risk and expense. Mr. <br /> Carlson has already escrowed $5000 with the City and has expressed his willingness to <br /> escrow more to continue the process. <br />
