Plan Amendment/Receive Feasibility Study <br /> Included in your packet is a draft of the comprehensive plan amendment and the <br /> feasibility study for the proposed Hunter's Crossing subdivision. The Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission held a public hearing to solicit input for the comprehensive plan <br /> amendment. No one was present to oppose the amendment. The Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission passed a motion recommending approval of the plan amendment contingent <br /> upon Metropolitan Council review. <br /> City Engineer Tom Peterson has provided a draft feasibility study to be discussed at the <br /> Council meeting. Council will officially receive the feasibility study and may wish to <br /> call for a public hearing on the study. <br />
