Motion by Council Member Travis, seconded by Council Member Sweeney to <br /> approve the requested Special Use Permit to Mr. And Mrs. Hensel pending a posted <br /> $1000 bond or agreement to split the concrete load. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Complaint Procedure <br /> ivir. Mike Carter of 6913 Sumac Court questioned the complaint process within the City. <br /> Mr. March indicated normally the City Hall does not normally respond to anonymous <br /> complaints received unless the cotplaint is a major issue. The complaint received <br /> against Mr. Carter was anonymous, but did not wish to file an official complaint, but <br /> important enough to be forwarded to the appropriate authorities. <br /> VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Hunter's Crossing Preliminary Plat <br /> ivir. Carlson and Mr. tviattke addressed the issues of Concern that were brought Iorward <br /> by the City Engineer and the Building Official at the first time the preliminary plat was <br /> submitted. ivir, ivianke stated the trail in question is now included running from the west <br /> side to the east side of the project. The engineering concerns along with concerns with <br /> the grading plan have all been resoi v CU. There was concern on the width of the Corner <br /> lots that face Centerville Road. The setback being requested in the revised preliminary <br /> plat is 30 feet for the side yard set hack. <br /> Mr. Peterson indicated all nine of his original concerns he addressed in January have <br /> been resolved. Mr. Peterson questioned the implementation ofa sidewalk in addition to a <br /> trail. ivir. i'viareh stated the important aspect of the trail implementation would he to done <br /> the trail run from 20 Avenue and eventually over the freeway in connection with the <br /> Hugo trails system. Mr. March feels if there were a choice between a sdcwauc system <br /> and a trail system, the trails would prove to be more beneficial. <br /> Vi .
