CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> • <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota, this <br /> 14 day of June, 2000. <br /> WHEREAS, County Bank ( "Permitee ") has applied for a Special Use Permit for a temporary <br /> banking facility (trailer) on Outlot B (property located North of Main Street and West of <br /> 21 Avenue) within the City of Centerville, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance #4, Industrial District; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting of such Special Use Permit <br /> subject to the following conditions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: <br /> 1. That County Bank shall be granted a Special Use Permit for operating a <br /> temporary banking facility on Outlot B, Centerville, Minnesota. <br /> 2. That this Special Use Permit is conditioned upon the following: <br /> a. Applicant adjust parking lot elevations at the south end to <br /> drain water across from east to west. <br /> b. Applicant install four (4) cubic yards at each curb opening <br /> into the pond to prevent erosion, with rock extending from <br /> curb to pond bottom. Also, install a three (3) to four (4) <br /> foot long concrete flume behind the curbing, at each <br /> opening. <br /> c. Applicant identify the location of 21' Avenue centerline on <br /> the grading plan to see how the temporary driveway to <br /> Main Street lines up with 21 Avenue to the south. <br /> d. The driveway access shall directly connect to the future 21 <br /> Avenue at the northeast corner of the property. <br /> e. The temporary banking trailer shall be removed within six <br /> months from the issuance of the building permit and/or the <br />
