Applicant shall submit all plans for signage of the building <br /> to the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval. <br /> g. Applicant shall obtain all other appropriate permits <br /> necessary as required by City Ordinances. <br /> 3. In the event the Pennittee fails to comply with any of the terms and <br /> conditions set forth herein or ordinances, or rules and regulations of the <br /> State of Minnesota, County of Anoka, City of Centerville or any other <br /> governmental agency having jurisdiction over this project, the City <br /> Council shall have the right to immediately revoke the Special Use Permit. <br /> Any and all costs incurred by the City in the event of default by Permittee <br /> in any of the terms, conditions, ordinances or rules and regulations as <br /> provided above shall be the responsibility of the Pennittee. <br /> 4. This Special Use Permit shall be subject to annual review by the City of <br /> Centerville. In the event the activities conducted on such premises are <br /> injurious to the public health, safety and welfare, the City Council may <br /> impose additional restrictions in this Special Use Permit or revoke same.
