At that time, the Council elect <br /> to make adjustment determinations at the next meeting. <br /> Mayor Wilharber explained Mr. March is presently at grade level 10, step 7 a <br /> suggested moving Mr. March to step eight retroactive to his anniversary date <br /> May 20 with a $5,000 bonus. He indicated the monthly $300.00 vehicle <br /> allowance would remain as established in 1999. <br /> Motion by Council Member Travis, seconded by Council Member Brou: <br /> Vickers to approve a pay increase for Mr. March to Level 10 Step 8 <br /> retroactive to his anniversary date of May 20` with a $5,000 bonus. He also reviewed a Met Counci <br /> estimate of the census information for the community. <br /> • Council Member Sweeney stated the Parks and Recreation Committe <br /> a little concerned about Council's approval of park issues at the past <br /> meeting. He stated Wayne LeBlanc addressed this previously in the <br /> meeting. <br /> • Council Member Sweeney noted outfield fences are needed for the st <br /> fields at LaMotte Park. He explained area businesses are being cant <br /> for donations at this time. Council Member Sweeney noted the Park <br /> Recreation Committee did not have an issue with the fences but wou <br /> city be able to support this issue financially which is why the IY 'val <br /> 8 <br />
