August 7, 1979 - PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman ABSENT: Bob Lindgren <br /> Tom Wilharber Joe Perkowski <br /> Robert LaMotte <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Jerry Sundberg <br /> Ray Murray <br /> Walt Prachar, liaison <br /> Frank Zimny called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> Chairman read, the public hearing notice for preliminary plat <br /> presentation of Clearwater Creek Estates. This consists of <br /> 25 lots, 13.66 acres description as follows: <br /> That part of the west 56 rods of the NW quarter of the NE <br /> quarter of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, lying southerly of the south line of Block 3 and <br /> its easterly and westerly extensions, PETERSON'S OLD HOME- <br /> STEAD ADDITION, excepting the South 250' of the West 433' <br /> of the Ni of the Na of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> Discussion was held on the plat. Ray Murray made a motion <br /> to accept the preliminary plat of CLEARWATER CREEK ESTATES <br /> pending approval of Rice Creek Watershed, Mel Dupre seconded <br /> it, motion carried. <br /> Charlotte Peterson appeared before P & Z with request for <br /> variance on lots she owns in Centerville. One variance <br /> involved Lot 13, Block 1, Peterson's Addition to Centerville <br /> and Lots land 2, Block 2, Peterson's Addition to Centerville. <br /> The lots are 50 x 150 and by addition of more land to each <br /> parcel, they would be more feasible for selling of property. <br /> Bob LaMotte made a motion to grant variance to Ordinance #15, <br /> Section 6, paragraph 10 on above lots, Jerry Sundberg <br /> seconded it, motion carried. <br /> Park Committee members Floyd Kruger and Leon L'Allier <br /> appeared before P & Z with recommendations from the Park <br /> Committee on property they are interested in acquiring <br /> for park land. <br /> The Park Committee members will be in attendance at next <br /> P * Z meeting when Mr. Short will be here to discuss park <br /> land acquirement. The meeting is set for September 4 at <br /> 7:00 pm. <br /> Ray Murray made a motion to adjourn, Jerry Sundberg seconded <br /> it, motion carried.
