<br /> Charlotte Peterson had appeared before P & Z on August 7
<br /> with request for variance on lots she owns in Centerville.
<br /> One variance involved Lot 13, Block 1, Peterson's Addition
<br /> to Centerville and Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Peterson's Addition
<br /> to Centerville. The lots are 50 x 150 and by addition of
<br /> more land to each parcel, they would be more feasible for
<br /> selling of property. Floyd Laska made a motion to grant
<br /> variance to Ordinance #15, Section 6, paragraph 10 on the
<br /> following described property, legal description now reading
<br /> Lot 13, Block 1, Peterson's Addition to Centerville and now
<br /> reading: That part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
<br /> quarter, Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, south of Peterson's
<br /> Addition to Cenerville and North of the centerline of Clear-
<br /> water Creek and west of the west line, if extended, of Lot
<br /> 13, Block 1, Peterson's Addition to Centerville excepting
<br /> an easement for ingress and egress, in, over and upon, that
<br /> part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (SE* of NE4) of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, described
<br /> as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 1, Block 2,
<br /> Peterson's Addition to Centerville thence South along the
<br /> southerly extension of the East line of said Lot 1, to its
<br /> r --7 intersection with the centerline of Clearwater Creek; thence
<br /> k ,?- east along said centerline of Clearwater Creek to its inter-
<br /> ;, section with the extension southerly of the west line of Lot
<br /> 13, Block 1, Peterson's Addition to Centerville; thence North
<br /> along the southerly extension of said West line to the SW
<br /> corner of said Lot 13; thence west to the point of beginning
<br /> and there terminating., Gary Savela seconded it, motion carried.
<br /> Leon L'Allier made a motion to grant variance to Ordinance
<br /> $15, Section 6, paragraph 10 on the following described
<br /> property, legal description now reading Lots 1 and 2, Block
<br /> 2, Peterson's Addition to Centerville and now reading:
<br /> Lot 1 and 2 of Block 2, Peterson's Addition to Centerville,
<br /> Minnesota, and that part of Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision #48
<br /> revised Anoka County, Minnesota lying north and east of the
<br /> centerline of Clearwater Creek, also known as County Ditch #47,
<br /> and an easement for ingress and egress, in, over and upon that
<br /> part of the sotheast quarter of the Northeast quarter (SE4 of
<br /> NEt) of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Peterson's Add-
<br /> ition to Centerville thence south along the southerly extension
<br /> of the east line of said Lot 1, to its intersection with the
<br /> centerline of Clearwater Creek; thence east along said center-
<br /> line of Clearwater Creek to its intersection with the extension
<br /> southerly of the west line of Lot 13, Block 1, Peterson's Addi-
<br /> r- tion to Centerville; thence north along the southerly extension'
<br /> of said west line to the SW corner of said Lot 13; thence west
<br /> to the point of beginning and there terminating., Floyd Laska
<br /> seconded it, motion carried.
