PUBLIC HEARING <br /> The Commission held a public hearing to consider a proposed plat of Clearwater Business <br /> Park. Property owners are City of Centerville and Sheehy Construction. No one was present to <br /> speak with regard to the proposed subdivision. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Lang to close the <br /> public hearing. All in favor.
