City of Centerville <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> September 1, 2009 <br /> V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> The Commission discussed the proposed subdivision of Clearwater Business Park. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Wekseth that the <br /> Commission recommend to the City Council that the proposed subdivision be granted <br /> preliminary and final plat approval. All in favor. Motion carried (4 -0). <br /> VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> The Commission noted that the Council has directed that all members be provided City <br /> email accounts. These accounts will be used to correspond with the Commission on all city <br /> matters. <br /> VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> 1. October 6, 2009, Meeting Minutes (No meeting in November) <br /> Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Wekseth , to approve <br /> the October 6, 2009, minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion carried 4 -0. <br /> VIII. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Lang to adjourn the <br /> Meeting at 6:55 p.m. All in favor.
