Review specific requirements (ex. open space %, <br /> & other figures). <br /> 4. Relationship of application procedures to <br /> Ordinance #8 requirements. Is there duplication? <br /> Article 6 - Administration & Enforcement <br /> 1. Procedures for variances, special use permits <br /> and amendments should be made clearer, more <br /> orderly. <br /> 2. Public Hearings - Are there appropriate alternative <br /> mechanisms. <br /> 3. How can we improve enforcement? <br /> Procedures should be better defined? <br /> Assign responsibilities better? <br /> Article 7 - Definitions <br /> 1. Need expanded definitions. <br /> 2. Relocate to front of ordinance. <br /> Clerk will forward this information to the City Council <br /> for concurrence and /or additional input from them by the <br /> next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> Discussion on the Wild and Exotic Animal Ordinance. Motion <br /> by Buesseler, second by Welk to forward the final draft <br /> of the Wild and Exotic Animal Ordinance to the City <br /> Council for approval, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Clerk will check to see if members of Planning and <br /> Zoning may attend the Annual Planning Institute on <br /> November 22, 1985. Registration is $40.00. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Discussion on Dog Ordinance. Issue was tabled until <br /> the next meeting to gather more information on how other <br /> Cities approach this issue. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Lindgren to adjourn <br /> meeting.
