Page 2 <br /> Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> September 3, 1985 <br /> Commission members will look at present Ordinance #4 and highlight areas <br /> needing attention for next meeting. <br /> g• <br /> Clerk will contact Building Inspector for any comments and suggestions <br /> on Ordinance #4. <br /> Commissioner Buesseler mentioned the Technical Advisory Committee to the <br /> Rice Creed Watershed plan will have a final draft in September of a surface <br /> water plan. This may have some budgetary effects on the City in future years. <br /> It was suggested at the start of the year a list of priority issues be made. <br /> This would allow P & Z to approach and plan for these issues so they can <br /> begin to act instead of react. Commissioner Buesseler will outline a plan <br /> to begin this process. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission would like input from the Park & Recreation <br /> Commission on tot lots verses money to help with one main park in future <br /> developements. They would also like to know what if any long range plans <br /> there are for the City Park. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Murray to adjourn meeting, Motion carried <br /> unanimously.
