r <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> THURSDAY - DECEMBER 4, 1984 <br /> PRESENT: Walter Prachar, Chairman Kathy Welk <br /> Dan Tourville Bob Lindgren <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> ABSENT: Bob LaMotte Elmer Murray <br /> Chairman Prachar called the meeting to order at 7:25 P.M. <br /> Discussion on Parking Ordinance #16. Motion by Tourville, <br /> second by Welk to amend Ordinance #16 to read as follows: <br /> No vehicle except that of an emergency vehicle, shall be <br /> parked between 3:oo A.M. to 7:00 A.M. o'clock, and no <br /> vehicle shall in any case be parked upon any street in <br /> any one place for a longer continuous period than 24 hours, <br /> motion carried. <br /> Clerk will get examples of animal ordinances from the League <br /> of Minnesota Cities. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Welk to table discussion <br /> on an animal ordinance until the next meeting when they <br /> will have more information on what other cities are doing, <br /> motion carried. <br /> Resignation letters received by the Planning and Zoning <br /> Committee from Robert LaMotte and Walter Prachar. Copy <br /> of letters included and made a part of these minutes. <br /> Clerk will check with the council to see why Sunrise Plastics <br /> needs a special use permit, and what restrictions the council <br /> would like to see placed on the company. <br /> Clerk will check with the council on a small block house <br /> that's been built on the city street running by Barrots. <br /> Motin by Dupre, second by Lindgren to adjourn, motion <br /> carried.
