(100' pipe) 18" - Rice Creek requires <br /> rip rap at end before Creek. <br /> 2nd street - extension on north end? <br /> Ditch from Till Road - 20' easement - upkeep after develop- <br /> ment - who is easement issued to? reserved? sloped bank on <br /> ditch - private ditch? <br /> Black top of Mill Road when streets are blacktopped? <br /> Village P &Z have entered all requested changes and are <br /> turning it over to Village Council to be accepted after <br /> updating - engineers, attorney, surveyor - Jim and Jerry <br /> and village council to finalize -the P & Z done all it can <br /> do as of this date. <br /> Jerry Parent was at latest Rice Creek Watershed meeting. <br /> The Watershed Engineer read the correspondence from the <br /> Village and everything UMS recommended and concurred with <br /> was agreeable with the watershed. <br /> Jim Schilling had in his possession the deed for the streets <br /> that drawn the , <br /> U are Ul aYVll 111 U11G plot pSO.L1. <br /> Mr. Wille is to check the abstract on north and south <br /> parcels which are owned separately by Schilling and Parent. <br /> One suggestion was made on Lot 4, Block 2. It should have <br /> a 95' frontage if house is built at an angle. <br /> Village Engineer Gotwold is to make final inspection on <br /> streets when they are in and make recommendations on ditches. <br />
