-2
Village Engineer had sent his recommendations on cost and
materials for streets and Parent - Schilling were to get
their own figures for comparison.
Bond needed: Cash Escrow deposit or performance bond.
Park land: 10% gross area land prior to subdivision which
would be figured as follows: 25 lots, cost $30,000 brings
it to $120 payable per lot.
Percolation tests are to be taken subject to building
inspector recommendations.
Ken Salin made a motion to submit the Parent - Schilling
plot plan to council for approval as far as P &Z are con-
cerned. Tom Wilharber seconded it, motion carried.
Ken Salin made a motion to adjourn meeting. gordy Rehbein
seconded it, motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.
Council had short meeting and were discussing Parent -
Schilling plot plan when Schilling and Parent came back
to meeting and wanted a change in park land fees. They
thought the interpretation of Ordinance 15, Section 6,
paragraph 12 was read in error at meeting and should be
corrected while council was in session. They thought
the park land value read 10% of land value prior to sub -
division and as such the amount per lot should be $50 instead
of $120 as quoted at P &Z meeting. Walt to make further
investigation of this by calling Joe LaCasse to get the
value, of land before Parent and Schilling bought it.
