Motion carried unanimously. <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> PATI, CRAMPTON, AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE. <br /> Phil Crampton stated he would like to put in an automotive service station on lot 4, block <br /> 1 of the Industrial Park and is looking for approval of the building site from Planning and <br /> Zoning. <br /> Crampton stated he is meeting all the setback requirements and has moved his parking <br /> area off the drainage easement. This lot has a larger drainage easement across the front of <br /> the lot. The building would be made of block panels. <br /> Crampton has not contacted Anoka County regarding the driveway and county easements. <br /> He would have to use the county setbacks and easements for the front of the property. <br /> Planning and Zoning instructed Crampton to contact Anoka County on the driveway and <br /> easements, to get a site plan drawn up, and then he can call for a meeting with the building <br /> inspector and the city engineer for their comments. <br /> JIM OL,SON. IMPERIAL TOOT, <br /> Mr. Olson currently has an 11,000 square foot building in Hugo and would like to <br /> construct a 16,000 square foot building on lot 6, block 1 of the Industrial Park. Imperial <br /> Tool is a machine shop that does plastic injection molding. They have been in business for <br /> 23 years and have outgrown their current building. They currently employ 18 people but <br /> are limited to size now. With the growth of a new building they will be able to expand <br /> their employees. <br /> Their building would be a fabcon prestress building with 19 foot ceilings. <br /> They also need to talk with Anoka County on the driveway issues first. After they have <br /> spoken to them, they can then meet with the building inspector and city engineer with a <br /> site plan. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> ADULT ORDINANCE <br /> There are only two sites available in Centerville for an adult shop to go in on if using the <br /> same ordinance Circle Pines adopted. <br /> MOTION by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to adopt the Adult Ordinance Circle Pines <br /> adopted using the 350 feet distance from residential. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
