Items <br /> 144 that were updated: Waterflow, wetlands evaluation, utilities. <br /> 145 According to the new study, there should be no problem in any <br /> 146 areas. Kornovich feels it was a good thing to have it re -done and <br /> 147 hope it helps in the decisions. <br /> 148 <br /> 149 Downsize of Golden Meadows <br /> 150 <br /> 151 LaMotte stated he was surprised with the downsize and that it was <br /> 152 nice to see. LaMotte also added he did check into Metes and Bounds <br /> 153 and heard only good things from their employees. He also said that <br /> 54 even wealthy people do not want to buy houses, they want to rent so <br /> 55 they don't have to do lawn care and upkeep. <br /> 56 <br />
