.05 Planning and Zoning <br /> .06 June 6, 1995 <br /> .07 Page 3 <br /> .08 <br /> 109 Mary Capra, 1810 Fox Run, stated that Susan at MHFA said they would <br /> 110 never fund 96 units due to the impact on the city. <br /> 111 <br /> 112 Sanna Buckbee, 7381 Peltier Circle, questioned the laundry <br /> 113 facilities. Kornovich responded that there would be one general <br /> 114 per building. <br /> 115 <br /> 116 Pam Burns, 7169 W. Robin Lane, stated that there is not an in and <br /> 117 out for the fire and rescue to get through. Kornovich replied that <br /> 118 they are no longer streets they are driveways /parking spaces and <br /> 119 that with the parking lot they would have enough turn around room. <br /> 120 <br /> 121 Sanna Buckbee, 7381 Peltier Circle, stated that it is the <br /> 122 responsibility of the city to provide housing for those who cannot <br /> 123 afford a down payment. <br /> 124 <br /> 125 Motion by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to adjourn the public <br /> 126 hearing at 7:56 p.m., motion carried unanimously. <br /> 127 <br /> 128 Tourville called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br /> 129 at 7:57 p.m. <br /> 30 <br /> _31 APPROVAL OF MAY MEETING MINUTES <br /> 32 <br /> 133 Tourville stated he would like future meeting minutes to include <br /> 134 reasons for decisions in the motion. <br /> 135 <br /> 136 Motion by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to approve the May 2, 1995, <br /> 137 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. <br /> 138 <br /> 139 OLD BUSINESS <br /> 140 <br /> 141 Feasibility Study <br /> 142 <br /> 143 The new feasibility study was done in reference to 96 units. Items <br /> 144 that were updated: Waterflow, wetlands evaluation, utilities. <br /> 145 According to the new study, there should be no problem in any <br /> 146 areas. Kornovich feels it was a good thing to have it re -done and <br /> 147 hope it helps in the decisions. <br /> 148 <br /> 149 Downsize of Golden Meadows <br /> 150 <br /> 151 LaMotte stated he was surprised with the downsize and that it was <br /> 152 nice to see. LaMotte also added he did check into Metes and Bounds <br /> 153 and heard only good things from their employees. He also said that <br /> 54 even wealthy people do not want to buy houses, they want to rent so <br /> 55 they don't have to do lawn care and upkeep. <br /> 56 <br />
