Kornovich replied that they <br /> 59 would be. <br /> 60 <br /> 61 Lisa Atkinson, 1970 S. Robin Lane, asked Kornovich why is he so <br /> 62 determined to build the project with a community that is so against <br /> 63 it. Kornovich replied that he is trying to compromise with the <br /> 64 city and residents and that is why they have changed the plans. <br /> 65 <br /> 66 Tourville asked for comments regarding the proposed downsizing of <br /> g g <br /> 67 the project. <br /> 68 <br /> 69 Lorraine Henslin, 1967 - 73rd Street, stated she does not want <br /> 70 rental, why can't they be for sale ?. <br /> 71 <br /> 72 Dawn Olson, 7228 Unity Avenue, stated the Better Business Bureau <br /> 73 doesn't have anything on Metes and Bounds. <br /> 74 <br /> 75 Kevin McGowen, 1988 Cardinal Drive, stated the no one person has <br /> 76 been to White Bear Township, Hugo, Lino Lakes meetings regarding <br /> 77 their low income tragic; and it's because the residents of <br /> 78 Centerville cares about their neighborhood. McGowen also requested <br /> 79 they address the issues of policing, schools, and taxes. <br /> 80 <br /> 81 Sanna Buckbee, 7381 Peltier Circle, stated it would be non - <br /> 82 homesteaded tax, therefore the city would receive double the amount <br /> 83 on a homesteaded house. <br /> 84 <br /> 85 Rod Henslin, 1967 - 73rd Street, stated the cost of policing would <br /> 86 still increase. <br /> 87 <br /> 88 Mary Capra, 1810 Fox Run, stated that only 1/3 of the applications <br /> 89 are granted and also added that there are several things they look <br /> 90 at when making their decision. <br /> 91 <br /> 92 Kornovich stated that MHFA is whom recommended he downsize the <br /> 93 project due to the concerns they received from the citizens. All <br /> 94 four units would go in at the same time and that would be the <br /> 95 maximum size of the project because Rehbein plans to rezone the <br /> 96 remaining property. <br /> 97 <br /> 98 Kevin McGowen, 1988 Cardinal Drive, asked if the property can be <br /> 99 rezone before the start of construction. <br /> 100 <br /> 101 Catherine Rodgers, 7175 W. Robin Lane, asked if the special use <br /> 102 permit is still required. Tourville responded, that it is required <br /> 103 for use of the property but the contents of it has not been <br /> 104 addressed yet. <br />
