1 PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> 2 MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 Tuesday, May 2, 1995 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning <br /> 6 Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> 7 on Tuesday, May 2, 1995, at the City Hall. Chairman Tourville <br /> 8 called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. Present Welk, <br /> 9 Vermeulen, Drilling, LaMotte. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Line 178 change to school task force. <br /> 14 Line 225 Carolyn Drude, Ehlers and Associates <br /> 15 Line 221 Karen Stutz <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to approve April 4, 1995 <br /> 18 meeting minutes with the above corrections. Motion carried <br /> 19 unanimously. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 APPEARANCES <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Jerry Peterson <br /> 24 <br /> 25 P &Z needs clarification on Ordinance 44A, Section 2 and 3, <br /> 26 (architectural panel). <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Other areas that Peterson needs to inquire through are Rice Creek <br /> 29 Watershed District on flood plain elevation and also a public <br /> 30 hearing by property owner for subdivision of the property. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to table for further <br /> 33 discussion at another meeting. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Joe Vadnais <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Vadnais faces the same question as Peterson with what is an <br /> 38 architectural panel. Also, Vadnais still does not meet the <br /> 39 square foot requirements for industrial zoning. Vadnais proposed <br /> 40 that if another person went in on the property and he built a <br /> 41 5000 square foot building could a second building be put on the <br /> 42 property that is not 5000 square feet.
