Kelly stated that the complaints should be <br /> 92 private. <br /> 93 <br /> 94 Donna King would like a privacy fence put up on the south and west <br /> 95 side that is not see - through and so people aren't cutting through <br /> 96 the yards. <br /> 97 <br /> 98 Councilmember Helmbrecht stated that the common goal for City <br /> 99 Council, EDC, Star City is to revitalize the downtown area. And <br /> 100 added that the new addition should act as a buffer for the noise. <br /> 101 <br /> 102 Tourville stated Star City is reviewing the Comp Plan for the <br /> 103 downtown area which would allow for expansion and additions without <br /> 104 a variance. <br />
