Robin Lane, addressed the need the <br /> 370 city already has for schools, transporation, it's own police <br /> 371 force, and the water tower /water shortage and that the water <br /> 372 tower leaks. <br /> 373 <br /> 374 Mayor Wilharber stated the water tower does not leak it sweats <br /> 375 and the cost to put in another water tower would be in the 1 <br /> 376 million dollar range. <br /> 377 <br /> 378 <br />
