Robin Lane, stated that 20th Avenue is a 55 mph <br /> 384 and with kids crossing the street and riding bikes could get <br /> 385 dangerous with a housing project along 20th. She also inquired <br /> 386 if the city of Centerville could put limitations on how much <br /> 387 building can be done within the year. Lino Lakes is putting a <br /> 388 cap on how many homes can be built in a year. Rice Lake <br /> 389 Elementary was suppose to last through 1997 and is currently over <br /> 390 crowded for those signed up for the 1995 year. <br /> 391 <br /> 392 Mark Daley, 1829 Hayfield Road, Q: Can the property be re- zoned? <br /> 393 Are there alternative plans that can be looked at for this <br /> 394 property? <br /> 395 <br /> 396 Drilling addressed Kornovich and Lee to see if they understood <br /> 397 that the zoning is not properly zoned for this proposal and would <br /> 398 it be a waste of time and money for them to go through all of <br /> 399 this. <br /> 400 <br /> 401 The community would like to check references and gather <br /> 402 information and research the project further. <br /> 403 <br /> 404 Motion by Vermeulen, second by Drilling to table for continuation <br /> 405 of public hearing for May 2, 1995, and to check if notice has to <br /> 406 be published.
