Ordinance #4. Article 7 - DEFINITIONS., Chairperson Tourville asked the Planning and Zoning Commission to make an extended effort to finish reviewing possible amendments to Ordinance #4. Motion by Tourville, second by Drilling to table discussion of Ordinance #4, Article 7 - DEFINITIONS, motion carried unanimously. City staff will include a new copy of Ordinance #4, Article 7- DEFINITIONS in the January packets. Fence Permits. Chairperson Tourville suggested that the City Council consider fence permits for residential districts only. One Year Time Limit on Building Permits. Motion by Drilling, second by Tourville to recommend to the City Council that in view of the fact that the City of Centerville has adopted the Uniform Building Code the City should not become more stringent than what the requirements of the Uniform Building Code, motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: Star City Committee Chairperson Tourville encouraged the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission attend the December 13, 1993 Star City meeting at the City Hall.
