P &Z MEETING MINUTES <br /> DECEMBER 7, 1993 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> from these reouirements. the minimum front <br /> yard setback shall be the average front vard <br /> setback of such adiacent structures to <br /> minimum front yard setbacks of twenty five <br /> (25) feet. and conform to the following <br /> requirements: <br /> AMEND TO READ: 34.01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. The minimum <br /> depth of front yard, rear yard and side yard <br /> for each district shall be as defined in the <br /> Schedule of Regulations except where adiacent <br /> structures have front vard setbacks different <br /> from these requirements. the minimum front <br /> yard setback shall be the average front yard <br /> setback of such adiacent structures to <br /> minimum front yard setbacks of twenty five <br /> (25) feet. excluding new developments platted <br /> after January 1. 1992 and conform to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Ordinance #4. Article 7 - DEFINITIONS., <br /> Chairperson Tourville asked the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br /> make an extended effort to finish reviewing possible amendments <br /> to Ordinance #4. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Drilling to table discussion of <br /> Ordinance #4, Article 7 - DEFINITIONS, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> City staff will include a new copy of Ordinance #4, Article 7- <br /> DEFINITIONS in the January packets. <br /> Fence Permits. <br /> Chairperson Tourville suggested that the City Council consider <br /> fence permits for residential districts only. <br /> One Year Time Limit on Building Permits. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Tourville to recommend to the City <br /> Council that in view of the fact that the City of Centerville has <br /> adopted the Uniform Building Code the City should not become more <br /> stringent than what the requirements of the Uniform Building <br /> Code, motion carried unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Star City Committee <br /> Chairperson Tourville encouraged the members of the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission attend the December 13, 1993 Star City meeting <br /> at the City Hall. <br />
