The <br /> minimum depth of front yard, rear 1 <br /> yard and side yard for each <br /> district shall be as defined in the <br /> Schedule of Regulations except <br /> where adiacent structures have <br /> front yard setbacks different from <br /> these requirements. the minimum <br /> front yard setback shall be the <br /> average front yard setback of such <br /> adjacent structures to minimum <br /> front yard setbacks of twenty <br /> five(25) feet. and conform to the <br /> following regulations: <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> AYE - Vermeulen; AYE - Welk; AYE - LaMotte; ABSTAIN- <br /> , Drilling, motion carried. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Foundation Sizes versus Minimum Living Area and Minimum Lot Size <br /> Requirements in each of the Residential Zoning Districts. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission briefly discussed foundation <br /> sizes versus minimum living area. It was noted that Tim Rehbine, <br /> Chairperson of the Economic Development Committee, is to supply <br /> additional information for the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br /> • consider. <br /> Acting Chairperson Welk noted that she has heard many people <br /> comment that they wish they would have moved to Centerville <br /> because the lots are larger. <br /> It appeared to be the consensus of the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission members that they would like to maintain larger lot <br /> size minimums in Centerville. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission tabled further discussion <br /> until additional information is received. <br />
