PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1993 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> on Tuesday, September 7, 1993 at the City Hall. Chairperson <br /> Tourville called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Present: <br /> LaMotte, Vermeulen, Welk, City Council Liaison Mayor Buckbee. <br /> Absent: Drilling_ <br /> MINUTES: <br /> April 13. 1993 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Vermeulen to approve the April 13, <br /> 1993 regular meeting minutes, AYE - Tourville; AYE - Vermeulen, <br /> AYE - LaMotte; ABSTAIN - Welk, motion carried. <br /> June 1. 1993 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Welk to approve the June 1, 1993 <br /> regular meeting minutes, AYE - Tourville; AYE - Welk, AYE - <br /> Vermeulen; ABSTAIN - LaMotte, motion carried_ <br /> July 6. 1993 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Tourville to approve the July 6, 1993 <br /> regular meeting minutes, AYE - Welk; AYE - Tourville, AYE - <br /> LaMotte; ABSTAIN - Vermeulen, motion carried. <br /> August 3. 1993 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Vermeulen to table the approval of <br /> the August 3, 1993 regular meeting minutes until a majority of <br /> the Commission member in attendance at the meeting are present to <br /> approve, motion carried unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Prnpnspd T,nt Split - T,1 nyd and Di Hansen - Sketch Plan <br /> Lloyd Hansen was present. Mr_ Hansen noted that the owner of the <br /> lot is presently Kevin Mullins_ The lot is located on <br /> Centerville Lake to south of the Sorel Street extension_ <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed a written request <br /> from Lloyd and Diane Hansen summarizing their proposal. <br /> A copy of this proposal is attached to and made a part of these <br /> minutes. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission questioned if the current <br /> owner, Kevin Mullins, had been granted a previous variance from <br /> the side yard setback requirements_ <br /> Chairperson Tourville noted that if Sorel Street is vacated to <br /> Centerville Lake it would not necessarily be returned to one <br />
