Ms_ Buokbee also noted that if Mr_ Hansen would like <br /> to pursue the vacation of Sorel Street, that the City of <br /> Centerville will prepare the petition for him. <br /> Po sibili v of Amending_ Ordinance #4 Article 3 Section 34.01 <br /> GRNERAT, REQUIREMENTS. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission discussed at length the <br /> possibility of amending Ordinance #4, Article 3, Section 34.01 <br /> GENERAL REQUIREMENTS_ <br /> Jeff Godwin, 1581 Peltier Lake Drive, was present_ Mr_ Godwin <br /> noted that he was present to support an amendment to Ordinance #4 <br /> to allow for some type of averaging of front yard setbacks_ <br /> Motion by LaMotte, second by Welk to schedule a public hearing <br /> for Tuesday, October 5, 1993 at the City Hall for the purpose of <br /> hearing all persons present regarding the possibility of amending <br /> Ordinance #4, Article 3, Section 34.01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS as <br /> follows: <br /> Now Reads: <br /> 34.01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. The minimum depth of <br /> front yard, rear yard and side yard for each <br /> district shall be as defined in the Schedule <br /> of Regulations and conform to the following <br /> regulations; <br /> Amend to Read: <br /> 34.01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
