Force, was present. Mr. Rehbine presented an overview of data regarding lot size in relation to the value of homes in • surrounding communities_ Commission member Welk noted that many people have expressed that • their reason for moving to Centerville was the larger lots_ Mr. Rehbine noted that Centerville has its share of entry level housing. • • Chairperson.
