Force, was present. Mr. Rehbine presented an overview of <br /> data regarding lot size in relation to the value of homes in <br /> • surrounding communities_ <br /> Commission member Welk noted that many people have expressed that <br /> • <br /> their reason for moving to Centerville was the larger lots_ <br /> Mr. Rehbine noted that Centerville has its share of entry level <br /> housing. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Chairperson.
