P &Z MEETING MINUTES FEBRUARY 2, 1993 PAGE FOUR Commission member LaMotte noted that things need to be worked out to try and satisfy everyone. Dick Pringle, Trippel's Market, 1801 Main Street, was present. Mr. Pringle noted that the rerouting of traffic from Mill Road could have an adverse effect on his business_ Ted rrkenbrack suggested that the park land dedication be along Clearwater Creek. Gerald Rehbe_in noted that the by placing the park land in the • north east corner, the City could expand the park area as other properties in the north east area develop. Bob Burgstahler noted that there appears to be three options. The first option 1 pticn wou_ d be to worn, with the original plan, the second option would be to work with the proposed sketch plan and the third would be to have the proposed Ojibway Road feed to the east, with no access to Mill Road. Commission member Drilling expressed that a sidewalk syotem should be incorporated on the east side of Mill Road_ Acting Chairperson Welk closed the public hearing at 7:39 p.m_ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 2, 1993 at the City Hall. Acting Chairperson Welk called the regular meeting to order at 7 :40 p.m. Present: Vermeulen, LaMotte, Drilling, City Council Liaison Brenner_ Absent: Tourville. Motion by Vermeulen, second by Drilling to recommend to the City Council the approval of the concept of the Sketch Plan for the proposed Acorn Creek Development with following changes if the northerly 660.00 feet (approximately) of Mill Road is to be vacated and rerouted:
