The proposed use will be to construct Single Family <br /> Homes. Chairperson Tourville called the public hearing to order <br /> at 8:15 p.m. Present: Drilling, LaMotte, Welk, Vermeulen. <br /> Gerald Rehbein, Developer of the proposed Acorn Creek <br /> Development, was present. Mr. Rehbein noted that 73rd Street is <br /> proposed to be constructed as a nine (9) ton road. The grading <br /> plan should address the drainage concerns, Mr. Rehbein is <br /> waiting for the Park and Recreation Commission to make a decision <br /> on the park land. He is proposing 62 - 66 lots. A decision <br /> regarding the regional detention pond is also needed. <br /> Chairperson Tourville reviewed the Preliminary Plat Checklist <br /> completed by Maier, Stewart and Associates. It appeared there <br /> may be items not included with the submittal of the Preliminary <br /> Plat. <br /> A copy of the Preliminary Plat Review Checklist as completed by <br /> Maier, Stewart and Associates is attached to and made a part of <br /> these minutes. <br /> George Haberman, 7288 Mill Road, was present. Mr. Haberman <br /> expressed, in his opinion, the proposed split of the zoning <br /> districts shown on the Preliminary Plat above 73rd Street to the <br />
