P &Z Meeting Minutes <br /> August 11, 1992 <br /> page two <br /> Commission member Welk appeared to agree with Commission member <br /> Drilling, that the street should exit to the east versus the <br /> northeast. <br /> Chairperson Tourville stated that the street should head east <br /> regardless as to what the Comprehensive Plan asks for. <br /> Commission member LaMotte arrived 7:40 p.m. Commission member <br /> LaMotte noted he preferred the revised sketch plan over the <br /> sketch plan that was included in the Planning and Zoning Packet. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Drilling to accept the concept of the <br /> revised sketch plan as presented at the meeting noting the <br /> g g <br /> following concern: <br /> - that the north /south street exit to the east versus the <br /> northeast; <br /> - concern about the park being located in the northeast <br /> corner of the development, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Welk to approve the possibility of <br /> a Public Hearing on September 8, 1992 to consider rezoning of the <br /> proposed Acorn Creek development, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Welk to approve the possibility of <br /> a Public Hearing on September S, 1992 to consider a proposed <br /> Preliminary Plat for the Acorn Creek development, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission members requested that copies <br /> of Centerville Storm Drainage Master Plan be included in the <br /> packets for the next meeting. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Motion by Welk, second by LaMotte to approve the July 14, 1992 <br /> meeting minutes, AYE - LaMotte; AYE - Tourville; AYE - Welk; <br /> ABSTAIN - Drilling, motion carried. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Review of Ordinance #4 Articles 1 through 3 <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Drilling to table discussion of <br /> Ordinance #4, Articles 1 through 3 for further review at a future <br /> date, motion carried unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br />
