Chairperson Tourville stated that the street should head east regardless as to what the Comprehensive Plan asks for. Commission member LaMotte arrived 7:40 p.m. Commission member LaMotte noted he preferred the revised sketch plan over the sketch plan that was included in the Planning and Zoning Packet. Motion by Welk, second by Drilling to accept the concept of the revised sketch plan as presented at the meeting noting the g g following concern: - that the north /south street exit to the east versus the northeast; - concern about the park being located in the northeast corner of the development, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Tourville, second by Welk to approve the possibility of a Public Hearing on September 8, 1992 to consider rezoning of the proposed Acorn Creek development, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Drilling, second by Welk to approve the possibility of a Public Hearing on September S, 1992 to consider a proposed Preliminary Plat for the Acorn Creek development, motion carried unanimously. The Planning and Zoning Commission members requested that copies of Centerville Storm Drainage Master Plan be included in the packets for the next meeting.
