Depending upon the amount of monies remaining will decide what other municipal facilities will also be included. The City has set aside money for the building. There also is municipal water available to this site. Committee member Drilling expressed concern over the loss of potential commercial development on County Road 14. Chairperson Tourville questioned what the future use for the present site is. Liaison Burgstahler noted that the current site would be used by ent in the short term. Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to approve the lot split for the proposed municipal building and that the public hearing be held at the City Council level, motion carried unanimously.
