There also is municipal water available to <br /> this site. <br /> Committee member Drilling expressed concern over the loss of <br /> potential commercial development on County Road 14. <br /> Chairperson Tourville questioned what the future use for the <br /> present site is. <br /> Liaison Burgstahler noted that the current site would be used by <br /> ent in <br /> the short term. In the long term <br /> the Public Works Department commercial <br /> the City could sell the present site for future <br /> l i <br /> developmen t. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to approve the lot split for <br /> the proposed municipal building and that the public hearing be <br /> held at the City Council level, motion carried unanimously. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Drilling t o adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
