page three <br /> (1.) Efficiency units, six hundred eighty (680) square feet. <br /> (2.) One- bedroom units, eight hundred (800) square feet. <br /> (3.) Two - bedroom units, nine hundred twenty (920) square <br /> feet. <br /> (4.) Three - bedroom units, one thousand forty (1,040) square <br /> feet. <br /> (5.) Additional bedrooms over three (3) add one hundred <br /> fifty (150) square feet per bedroom to the unit. <br /> C -5 - Parking requirements. <br /> (1.) There shall be two and one -half (2 1/2) parking spaces <br /> per unit, of which one (1) should be indoors, shall be <br /> provided on the same site as the dwelling unit. Each <br /> space shall not be less than nine (9) feet wide and <br /> twenty (20) feet in length, or as approved by the <br /> zoning administrator, and each space shall be served <br /> adequately with access drives. <br /> (2.) Parking spaces shall not be within twenty (20) feet of <br /> the front lot line, ten (10) feet of the rear lot line, <br /> or ten (10) feet of the side lot line. <br /> (3.) Driveways shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet from all <br /> lot lines. <br /> (4.) Bituminous or concrete driveways and parking areas with <br /> concrete curb and gutter shall be required. <br /> (5.) All enclosed parking spaces shall be designed with <br /> sufficient enough area to allow temporary parking of <br /> vehicles on the access way without interfering with the <br /> access to other required spaces. <br /> (6.) The minimum width of any two -way driveway shall be <br /> twenty -four (24) feet and the minimum width of any one - <br /> way shall be sixteen (16) feet. <br /> (7.) The minimum distance between curbs of driveways at the <br /> right -of -way shall be twenty (20) feet. <br /> (8.) Every aisle in a parking lot shall be a minimum of <br /> twenty -five (25) feet in width. <br /> (9.) No driveway shall be less than one hundred (100) feet <br /> from any right -of -way of a street intersection. <br /> (10.) The maximum driveway angle from two -way access street <br /> shall be ninety (90) degrees; from a one -way street it <br /> shall be thirty (30) degrees. <br /> C -6 - Landscape provision. <br /> The design shall make use of all land contained in the site. <br /> All of the site shall be related to the circulation, <br /> recreation, screening, building, storage, landscaping, etc., <br /> so that no portion of the site remains undeveloped. Natural <br /> features worthy of preservation may be left unimproved. <br /> C -7 - Screening. <br /> (1.) Screening to a height of at least five (5) feet shall <br /> be required when: <br /> a. Any off - street parking area contains more than six <br /> (6) parking spaces and is within thirty (30) feet <br />
