Lehrke dated April 18, 1991, <br /> regarding preliminary comments on the site plan <br /> submitted be addressed; <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> A copy of John Stewart's, City Engineer, letter dated April 19, <br /> 1991 regarding the site review of building plan Lot 9 Centerville <br /> Industrial Park is on file with the Clerk /Administrator. <br /> A copy of Tamara Miltz- Miller's, Clerk /Administrator, letter date <br /> April 18, 1991 regarding Ronald K. Lehrke site plan is on file <br /> with the City Office. <br /> Ordinance #8, Article 26.10 - proposed amendments (cul -de -sacs) <br /> It was noted that per John Stewart's, City Engineer, letter dated <br /> April 18, 1991 regarding an amendment to Ordinance #8 right -of- <br /> way at cul - de - sacs, that it would be appropriate to recommend to <br /> the City Council that Ordinance #8, Article 26.10 be amend per <br /> the City Engineer's recommendation. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Wilharber to recommend that the <br /> City Council amend Ordinance #8, Section 26.19 as follows: <br /> Now Reads: <br /> STREET DESIGN STANDARDS <br /> ARTERIAL COLLECTOR LOCAL CUL - DE -SAC <br /> Right -of -way 120' 66' 60' 75'radius <br /> Amend to Read: <br /> STREET DESIGN STANDARDS <br /> ARTERIAL COLLECTOR LOCAL CUL - DE -SAC <br /> Right -of -way 120' 66' 60' 60'radius <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> The letter dated April 18, 1991 from John Stewart, City Engineer, <br /> regarding right - of -way at cul - de -sacs is on file with the <br /> Clerk /Administrator. <br />
