It is the <br /> City Council's intent to make this section of the Ordinance to be <br /> more specific. The City Council's intent is not to make the <br /> Ordinance more restrictive. The City Council would like to have <br /> these items addressed in time for the ..spring rush ". Liaison <br /> Pelton expressed that the intention of the Planned Unit <br /> Development section of the Ordinance is to add more character. <br /> It would be an advantage to develop under the Planned Unit <br /> Development. The Planned Unit Development section applies to all <br /> zoning districts. <br /> Liaison Pelton also expressed that high density needs to be more <br /> defined. <br /> Chairperson Tourville noted that Ordinance #4 does not define • <br /> density. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Vermeulen to schedule a special <br /> meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, <br /> February 21, 1991 at City Hall for the purpose of discussing the <br /> Planned Unit Development and High Density Zoning sections of <br /> Ordinance #4, motion carried unanimously. <br /> • <br /> Adjourn <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
