P&Z Meeting Minutes <br /> December 4, 1990 <br /> page five <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> January 1991 meeting_ date <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to reschedule the January <br /> 1991 meeting to Thursday, January 3, 1991, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Park and Recreation Joint Meeting <br /> Commission member Wilharber would like for the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee to be informed that the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission does not want to "run them ", the Commission would like <br /> to work with them for the betterment of the City. <br /> Chairperson Tourville expressed that the City has an obligation <br /> to have places for children to play, besides being involved in <br /> organized sports. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Possibility of amending Ordinance #8, Article 2, Section 21.05 <br /> RESTRICTIONS OF FILING AND RECORDING CONVEYANCE. (6) <br /> Chairperson Tourville requests that City Staff acquire <br /> information from other Cities concerning minor sub - division. <br /> Adiourn <br /> Motion by Wilharber, second by Vermeulen to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
