r Pir <br /> P&Z Meeting Minutes <br /> Page Five <br /> June 5, 1990 <br /> proposed for multi-family housing. <br /> Mr. Rehbein noted that Tamara Miltz-Miller, Clerk/Administrator, <br /> stated that he would need to have a special use permit for this <br /> purpose. <br /> Chairman Tourville noted that a special use Permit is required <br /> for PhD (multi-family housing) and that this property would also <br /> need to be rezoned to R2 Sewer <br /> Mr. Rehbein stated that he would like to have a cul-de-sac in the <br /> southern portion of the sketch plan, with the north half being <br /> either a park or a pool, ect., but he would probably wait until <br /> most of the units were sold to have the owners input on what they <br /> would prefer. The buildings would be privately owned, but the <br /> land would not be. The units would include a one unit garage <br /> with additional outside parking space. <br /> Chairman Tourviile noted that the PhD allows fo more flexibility <br /> and that the land appeared to be large enough to be considered <br /> for PhD. <br /> Mr. hehbein stated that the units he would be Proposing are <br /> currently being built in the City of Coon Rapids his main <br /> concern right now is if this is what the City would like for this <br /> area. <br /> Commission member Wilharber questioned if the sewer line would be <br /> big enough on 20th Avenue to handle this proposed development. <br /> Mr. Rehbein stated that it would be with the 20" main coming from <br /> his Center Hills development along 20th Avenue. <br /> Chairman Tourviile noted that the feasibility study would address <br /> concerns such as sewer capacity. <br /> Motion by Tourvilie, second by Wilharber to approve the concept <br /> of high density muiti-family housing for the section of land <br /> present by Gerald Rehbein, motion carried unnimously. <br /> jilki_a 1990 MUTTNG DATE <br /> Motion by Wilharber, second by Drilling to reschedule the July 3, <br /> 1990 meeting to Thursday, July 12, 1990, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
