F&Z Meeting Minutes <br /> Page Four <br /> June 5, 1990 <br /> • <br /> intersection, but that he could move the driveway to be in • <br /> • <br /> compliance with the ordinance. <br /> Commission member Wilharber expressed concern over the <br /> exit entrance to 21st Avenue, which is not - improved. <br /> • <br /> Chairman Tourville expressed that it appeared that Mr. Fuller had <br /> addressed the concerns about floodplain, grading, storage and <br /> zoning. <br /> Chairman Tourville asked Mr. Fuller if he was aware of the fact <br /> that when the parking lot is finished that the ordinance requires <br /> permanent concrete curbs. <br /> Mr. Fulier questioned if concrete bumpers would be considered <br /> permanent. <br /> Chairman 'Tourville suggested tl Mr. Fuller asked Gunnar <br /> Fetttrsen, Building Inspector, this question. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Drilling to recommend to the City <br /> Council apbroval of Kevin Fuller's site plan for the industrial <br /> park contingent upon approval by appropriate Staff, Engineer and <br /> Building Inspector; to include a one year moratorium on the <br /> parking lot /driveway; based on the fact that it is a permitted <br /> use according to the zoning ordinance, meets with Comprehensive <br /> Plan, floodplain requirement's, that the driveway must by 100" <br /> from the intersection, Mr. Fuller is aware of the proposed <br /> municipal water availability, and that 21st Avenue is not <br /> improved, motion carried unanimously. <br /> GERALD REHBEIN -_SYX TGH PLAN - MULTT-EAM HOUSING <br /> Gerald Rehbein, 6266 Otter Lake Road, Lino Lakes, was present. <br /> Mr. Rehbein noted that this proposed multi - family housing would <br /> be located north of Main Street and east of 20th Avenue. <br /> • Chairman Tourville noted that, in his opinion, the sketch plan <br /> was not very imaginative. <br /> Mr. Rehbein agreed that it was not very imaginative, but wanted <br /> to see what the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br /> Council would like and if they would be receptive to the concept <br /> of multi- family housing in this area of the City. Mr. Rehbein <br /> was also under the impression that this land had been rezoned to <br /> high density housing. <br /> Chairman Tourville noted that this property is currently zoned <br /> commercial, but in the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use it is <br /> • <br /> • <br />
