The remaining parts of
the ordinance are not substantially different than that of Lino
Lakes and Hugo's ordinances.
Commission members Well and Vermeulen expressed their opinion
that 45.04 -- AMORTIZATION PERIOD FOR BUILDINGS was worthless and
could not be enforced.
Motion by Tourville, second by Vermeulen to delete Article 4,
Section 45.05 - AMORTIZATION PERIOD FOR BUILDING from Ordinance
#4, motion carried unanimously.
MAP OVERLAYS
Chairman Tourville expressed that in his opinion the
Clerk/Administrator should initiate zoning maps.
City staff has recommend a scale of 1" to 400'.
It appeared to be the general consensus of the Planning and
Zoning Commission that computerized snaps would be nice but that
they did not budget $3,200 for maps.
