Mr. Opp stated that he has thought of putting a Hardware <br /> Store there, but the City doesn't see it that way. He feels that <br /> the second proposal is the best possible use of the property, and <br /> is asking for a variance to lot size for Parcel A and a Special <br /> Use Permit for Parcel B. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Drilling, to table the request until <br /> February for further discussion, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Tourville stated that if P & Z does not make a recommendation <br /> within 60 days, Mr. Opp can approach the City Council directly. <br /> He stated that the Commission would be interested in any <br /> improvements to the plan that Opp could come up with. <br /> I. <br />
