He <br /> wants a MUSA extension and is asking that it be petitioned for <br /> now. <br /> Chairman Tourville stated to Mr. Huber that he was repeating what <br /> he had stated at the Planner Meeting and it was the intent of the <br /> outgoing City Council to wait for Comprehensive Plan completion. <br /> Mayor Haberman agreed with Tourville"s statement, and further <br /> stated t.hat he agrees with most of what he sees in the Comp. Plan <br /> with a few minor changes. He feels that it should be complete by <br /> March or April. <br /> Tourville stated that the Ordinances take t reside_ce over the <br /> Comp.
