They did not <br /> discuss it. <br /> A copy of the City of Lakeville Development Guide was reviewed <br /> and discussed. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Lindgren to have the City staff <br /> prepare a draft of a Development Guide for the City of <br /> Centerville, motion carried unanimously. <br /> There was a short discussion of the Amendment to Ordinance #4, <br /> that was passed by the City Council concerning sporting, athletic <br /> and music events in the residence districts. Chairman Tourville <br /> questioned why it was not first discussed at the P & Z level. <br /> The City Clerk was present and stated that P & Z could give input <br /> to what should be included in the Special Use Permit that will be <br /> required to hold these events in"a residence districts. <br /> Motion by Lindgren, second by Vermeulen to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
