&i Z Meeting Minutes <br /> Page 4 <br /> September 6, 1988 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Welk to grant a variance to Hart <br /> • <br /> Homes to build homes on the remaining eight lots in Royal Meadows <br /> subdivision without attached garages, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Chairman Tourville asked Mr. Schrader if the homes will be placed <br /> on the lots in such a way as to allow room for garages. Mr. <br /> Schrader said that they will be placed, and have been in the <br /> past, all the way to the 10 foot setback on one side, and that a <br /> cement pad is placed on each lot at the back of the driveway to <br /> accomodate a garage. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Lindgren to adjourn the I(leeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
