Reasons for granting the <br /> permit are: <br /> It is consistant with the general and applicable specific • <br /> • objectives of the comprehensive plan and this <br /> • ordinance, will be harmonious and appropriate in the <br /> area, will not be hazardous or disturbing to <br /> neighboring uses, will not result in traffic <br /> congestion, and will not create excessive additional • <br /> public expense. <br /> After the motion, audience members voiced some concerns: <br /> • <br /> Peter Despen - 1688 Heritage Street <br /> • Arnold and Shirley Drewlo - 7029 Centerville Road <br /> • Discussion of LaMotte Drive /Mound Trial /East boundary. Arnold <br /> Drewlo asked questions of the Commission. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to enclose the letter from <br /> Barry L.
