P & 2 Meeting Minutes <br /> Page 2 <br /> July 5, 1988 <br /> presently zoned B -1 Commercial, to R -2A Single Family Residential <br /> (Sewered), motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Lindgren to make recommendation to <br /> the City Council to petition the Metropolitan Council for a MUSA <br /> boundary extension for the north approximately 6 acres (excluding <br /> the pond area) of the proposed Rehbein development north of Main <br /> Street, motion carried unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Lori Peltier, 2241 - 3rd Street, White Bear Lake, representing <br /> herself, her husband Tom, and Cliff and Lisa DeBilzan, 1965 South <br /> Robin Lane presented a proposal for a Off -Sale Liquor /Video Store <br /> in the Centerville Plaza proposed to be built at the southwest <br /> corner of Main Street and 20th Avenue. Ms. Peltier is asking for <br /> an amendment to Ordinance #4, to include Liquor Store on the list <br /> of Permitted Principal Uses. <br /> Discussion followed. Members of the audience asked questions: <br /> Leon L'Allier - 1973 Main Street <br /> Arnold Drewlo - 7029 Centerville Road <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Lindgren to hold a public hearing <br /> on August 2, 1933, to discuss amending Ordinance #4 to include <br /> Liquor Store on the list of DaLl_REBBILTED_Q11_,STELIAL_WERan <br /> to TABLE A, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, PERMITTED AND <br /> SPECIAL USES, B -1 Commercial, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Scott Mower, 6823 East Shadow Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, presented a <br /> proposal for a Four -plex to be built on a 100x258 foot lot on <br /> Heritage Street between 1688 and 1664 Heritage and described as <br /> That part of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 48, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection <br /> of the north line of said Lot 15 and the westerly right -of -way <br /> line of CSAH No. 4 (a /k /a Centerville Road); thence southerly <br /> along the said westerly right -of -way line 255 feet; thence west <br /> at right angles 247 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing west on same described line 100 feet; thence north at <br /> right angles and to the north line of said Lot 15; thence east on <br /> said north line 100 feet more or less, to an intersection with a <br /> line extending north from the point of beginning and parallel <br /> with the westerly right -of -way line of CSAH No. 4; thence south <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> Mr. Mower outlined how the proposal addresses the five conditions <br /> needed for a Special Use Permit. <br /> L <br />
