P r— <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held a Public Hearing on <br /> Tuesday, May 3, 1988. Chairman Tourville called the hearing to <br /> order at 7:11 p.m. Present: Vermeulen, Welk, Drilling, <br /> Lindgren, and Council liaison Neumann. <br /> The purpose of the hearing was to hear all persons present <br /> regarding amending Ordinance #4 to include changes to TABLE B and <br /> Article 32.03 Signs, and the addition of Appendix A - COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. The proposed amendments are attached to and made a <br /> part of these minutes. <br /> Chairman Tourville stated that A -10 - :ri Flan wording stating <br /> Site plans for all developments require special use permits <br /> prior to the issuance of building permits." seems unnecessary as <br /> far as he is concerned. Chairman Tourville called the meeting to <br /> order at 7:18 p.m. Present: Vermeulen, Welk, Drilling, Lindgren <br /> and Council liaison, Neumann. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Lindgren to accept the minutes of <br /> the April 19, 1988 special meeting, motion carried unanimously, <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Short discussion of Amendments to Ordinance #4. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to table Amendments to <br /> Ordinance #4, pending more information concerning wording in A- <br /> 10 and A -16 (as previously mentioned), motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Discussion of Rehbein proposed development north of Main Street <br /> and east of Shad Avenue. <br /> Jerry Rehbein, 6266 Otter Lake Road, Lino Lakes, was present and <br /> stated that he would like to move along on this project enough to <br /> get Municipal Water through to the development he is proposing <br /> south of Main Street and east of Brian Drive. <br /> L <br />
